class=\"wp-caption-text\">Saint Sebastian \u2022 Ghislaine Howard<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Ghislaine Howard Studio Gallery shows a changing programme of paintings, drawings and prints by Ghislaine, Michael and Cordelia Howard and a number of invited artists.<\/h3>\n<p>This year as part of our annual Winter Exhibition we are pleased to be showing work from Ghislaine&#8217;s recent Irish exhibition The Circus Animals&#8217; Desertion and other new work inspired by her trip to Venice this summer.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Howard and Tracy Cupitt will be showing their very different approaches to still life painting &#8211; Tracey&#8217;s vibrant and richly detailed watercolours are influenced by her time in Japan whilst Michael&#8217;s painterly canvases pay hommage to the artists he loves- Matisse, C\u00e9zanne and Braque.<\/p>\n<p>Ian Mood&#8217;s dramatic and evocative landscapes of the local area will be shown in conversation with landscapes and seascapes by Ghislaine.<\/p>\n<p>Also on view are a number of intimate monoprints by Cordelia Howard and a small group of works by Glossop born Royal Academician Eileen Cooper RA, watercolours by Harry Ousey and a selection of original nineteenth century Japanese woodblock prints.<\/p>\n<p>The gallery will be open at the following times, please contact us if you wish to arrange private viewings:<\/p>\n<h4>4th
